Our packing engineers specialize in packing heavy and over-sized equipment.
Items for shipment are packed using customized crates.
Sensitive cargo or delicate items are packed using purpose designed fillers and support stands
All items inside boxes are blocked and secured in place to protect them from movement during shipment.
Method 50 Vapor Barrier air freight is bagged and wrapped for moisture and environmental protection.
G&B is an active partner of the International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures No. 15 (ISPM 15) as such we only purchase wood that is Heat Treated and ready for all International Export.
We have also partnered with Timber Products Inspection to ensure our wood products are complaint with the most recent regulations from the National Wood Council and other regulatory agencies.
Mil-Spec Packaging
G&B’s government trained packaging engineers provide specialized boxing and crating services, within the strict compliance and regulations of the Military Specifications Codes.
Our personnel inspect and photograph all cargo upon arrival to our facility, and then we pack, mark, inspect the complete packaging process. Once complete, our personnel prepare DD-250s, electronic Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) documentation and government bills of lading.
